Information about the Camp
The camp is hosted in Zell am See, Salzburg austria. We will be snowboarding on the glacier Kitzsteinhorn.
Dates: 20.04.2026-26.04.2026
Accommodation
7 nights in the Surf House in the South of Porto (Rua Dos Combatentes 430, 4405-761 Vila Nova de Gaia) in dorms with shared bathrooms
Particpant requirements
Each participant has camp tasks to perform, such as helping with meal preparation for communal meals, washing kitchen dishes, and keeping the house clean and tidy.
Each participant must be physically fit. Each participant must confirm that she is medically fit (no prevailing medical risk) to perform the activities. We ask you to inform us from the beginning about any allergies, physical or medical impairments, relevant medical history, etc.
Each participant is responsible for the equipment during use and is obligated to replace it in case of serious damage or loss. The participant must pay for the loss or damage of the equipment.
Registration and Payment
Only members of Zündlerei Sports Collective are eligible to sign up for the snow camp. (If you are not a member already please use the sign up form on our website or contact zuendlerei.surf@gmail.com for further information).
You can sign up for our snow camp using the sign up form on our website. You will receive an email within 5 business days, confirming your reservation and a payment request. Please transfer the amount within 10 business days, otherwise your reservation will expire and your spot will be given to the next person waiting.
You can sign up again if your reservation has expired but the spot will only be saved after we have received your payment and sent you a booking confirmation.
The price for participating in the camp is 700 €. Transportation to and from the camp is not included and must be arranged by yourself.
Minimum number of participants
The minimum number of participants is 10 people. The camp will only take place if enough registrations are received by March 15, 2026. If this is not the case, the camp will not take place, and your payment will be refunded within 30 days.
Data protection
When registering, personal data is required. The data of the participants collected due to registration will be used exclusively for communicational and organizational purposes for activities hosted by Zündlerei.
Pictures and videos
Pictures and videos of your stay in the camp may be used for promotional and advertising purposes such as websites, flyers, brochures, etc. If you don‘t want us to share pictures of you on our social media accounts please contact us.
Program
The program includes:
Snowboarding
other active and creative workshops
group activities for evening entertainment
communal meal preparations and cleaning up afterwards Participation in all these program points is voluntary.
Changes
Please note that changes to the program may occur due to unforeseeable events. For example, if the weather conditions prevent lessons, a replacement program will be provided.
Cancellation of the Camp
We reserve the right to cancel the camp until March 15, if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
For cancellations on your part:
100% of your payment will be refunded for cancellations until February 15, 2024.
for cancellations after February 15, 2024 we are unfortunately unable to grant you a refund.´
Refunds will be transferred to your account within 2 weeks of cancellation.
In the event of natural disasters and other unforeseeable events, we reserve the right to cancel the camp at any time. In this case, there is no right to refund.
Program Cancellations
Should you, for whatever reason, arrive late or have to leave early, we are unable to refund a partial amount. Some program points are weather-dependent, which is why certain activities can only take place if the weather permits. Again, we cannot offer a refund. Short-term time and location changes to the program may be necessary under certain circumstances.
Liability Disclaimer
Participation in the camp and all program points is voluntary. Each individual is responsible for themselves during the program and during leisure activities. The participants themselves are liable for any damages that may occur at the accomodation. There is no claim for damages.
Invalidity
The invalidity of individual terms does not result in the invalidity of the entire terms and conditions of participation.
Place of jurisdiction
The participant may assert claims against the organizer in court exclusively at the competent court in austria. Austrian law is applicable.
Passport and health regulations
Please note the entry requirements in Portugal regarding necessary travel documents, vaccinations, and health regulations concerning COVID19.
